I stopped washing my hair about 5 years ago. It was a bit icky for a while but it's been fine for about 4 years and 7 months. There really is no need for shampoo. I rinse it with hot water and that does the job.

I agree. I stopped using shampoo about six months ago. Instead, I use a little baking soda mixed with water every three or four days. My hair has never been softer and lovelier. If that makes me a Nazi, so be it.
