Assuming that the guitar was painted by a professional. what's wrong in buying these? except for resale value. but fuck that, I don't care about it.

Buying a refinished guitar
4All my vintage guitars are refins. I can't afford the unfucked with versions of these guitars. I have a 1969 blonde tele- refin. A 1967 Gibson SG junior- refin and a 1959 gretch that has no finish to speak of. I paid somewhere between $600 and $900 for each of these and they are all great players.
Hell I don't care how it looks really. I care how it plays/sounds.

Buying a refinished guitar
6I've purchased several ugly guitars stripped & refinished them. Unless you are a collector I wouldn't think twice about the finish.
