Is Gene constantly in your face? Like I said, I met the guy once. I heard one interview. I have never seen him in a magazine or on TV except in makeup playing bass.

Rick Rubin on the other hand, does nothing to entertain me. I don't like his records, his beard or his ideas. And he wears no makeup that I can see, and pukes no blood (maybe, maybe not).

I don't trust that Rubin guy. He's too quiet.....too beardy. He's a shady character. He's hiding something in that beard.

Gene Simmons is basically the sleaziest used car salesman in the world. He knows it, you know it, he knows you know it. He's gonna try to sell you that shitty car anyway. He will only fool you if you let him fool you.

So I turn on A&E to watch Intervention and Im constantly bombarded by episodes/previews of Genes reality show Gene Simmons Family Jewels.

He was all over VH1 too. When Im trying to find a Behind the Music, I keep getting annoyed with stuff for VH1 Rock Honors with KISS. A few years back when Psycho Circus came out they pretty much took over VH1, with shows about the history of the band and each album (noting how they copied every musical trend), a show dedicated to their most hardcore fans etc etc. Im not even mentioning Genes Rock School which was also on VH1. And this is just TV too, Im not even mention radio and other forms of KISS krap Ive seen over the years...

Turn off the TV. I don't have Cable Tee Vee, a "dish" or any of that expensive shite.

Sounds like I should get it so that I can see more KISS though.

Gene's the bigger douchebag, but he's also far, far more entertaining in his douchery than Rubin ever will be, so I may reconsider...
