Band: Trip Shakespeare
1I went thru a period where I listened to these guys quite a bit. Saw them live once. Curious to hear what the Minneapolis contingent has to say.

I could make a great 10-track Trip Shakespeare album culling selectively from the band's discography, but none of their albums is a surefire through-and-through winner. In addition to the good songs (e.g., "The Lake" and "Crane"), there are some pretty bad misfires ("[insert title of any song on Lulu]"). And the album titles are just bad to horrible.
However, in retrospect, I'm glad that, at the time I was listening to Trip Shakespeare -- when I was 13, 14 (copyright Dan Cole) -- I was listening to them rather than a lot of other garbage to which I could have been listening.

Was this a shot at me for liking Motley Crue.
