All I know is I saw that fur glove and instantly thought 'I bet that'd feel good on my wang' not 'up my rumphole'.

Uh-huh.

"Man on Man Intimidation" is kinda lame. I know you can do better than that.

I had a good picture for it but I can't get it to show, kind of killed the effect...

So, if someone found what you wrote to be ridiculous, the only acceptable response is to laugh or respond light-heartedly? I'm genuinely curious.

well, i'm not sure your response itself counts as an "acceptable response." i just won't accept it!

will you accept that? is that an acceptable response to your, um, inacceptable response?

inacceptable? I guess you, uh, win dude.

That depends... Do you like Skrewdriver?

Much as I hate to admit it, they've got some good songs.
You've gotta be fucking kidding, but then again I love Wagner. I've never heard Skrewdriver but I've heard enough about them to not want to.

While this topic and initial post are quite ill conceived, Bad Brains does make a case for this topic not being as black and white as some posters are going on about.

It seems to be common knowledge HR is homophobic and have heard from every person I know who is alumni of the 80's DC punk scene (which is only three people since most my acquaintances are Midwest) that HR acted out violently on his prejudice. You know like irrational gay bashing foolishness.

As much as I find that distasteful I am not going to give up the entire 1980's Bad Brains discography because it is incredible and important music. I also tolerate, but wince at some good hip hop where the term "faggot" is thrown around sometimes. Or the fact I love the fucking Angry Samoans, but know the song "Homosexual" is stupid and wrong. I would just as soon they removed that song from "Back From Samoa" and "The Unboxed Set".

Where it crosses the line is when actual violence is advocated. I had a soft spot for East Coast hip hop group, Jedi Mind Tricks. However after repeated listening of their last album I decided they are too loathsome to support any longer. There is a line in one of the tracks "Beat the faggot until he ain't gay no more" that turned my stomach to such a degree make me disown the group entirely. I considered writing Jedi Mind Tricks' label, Babygrande Records, explaining why as a community radio DJ I could no longer play their violent, homophobic music and alert my music director that they need to be considered banned at WORT. I just stopped ever playing them on the air or buying their records since I was too busy to find the time to composed a letter like that to their label.
