I'm still thinking how Fred found out about this thread.

I mean, did he google his name to see how many results are available for his name or he has some informer here?

I google my name, it happens once in a year or even more, when I'm really, but really bored and thinking "hey! I might find something funny by googling my name!". I wonder if that was his thought as well.

sorry if this has been discussed, I haven't read the whole thread, but I did read most of it.

Actually, it's pretty easy to go back and read the whole thread, and see three or four accounts, all created new just for this thread, and think that maybe the whole thing was a setup. Like, the entire point of the thread was to gain publicity for the shop by shaking everything up. The only thing is, that would mean Schmutz was in on it. And I have no reason to think that.

But yeah, wow, amazing how everything worked out here, huh?

and if you're from chi-town you probably have a story or two of your own.

note the url, priceless.

Ugh, I promised myself I would stay out of this, but this comment is really the stupidest that I've read. Dude, have a bit of sense, would you? Do you really think Fred would post a picture of his friend entitled "homeless man" if it WASN'T a joke? Probably not. In fact, Clayton Counts doesn't even live in Chicago, so I guess he doesn't "live like dog in Fred's shop." Unless Fred also has a shop in Denver?

To everyone who's like, "OMG, LIEK, you discovered he's homelesS!!!" Y'all are retarded, too.

And because I know it's coming, I'll say no, I'm not Clayton, Fred, G-guy, or anyone else. I have been to the guitar shop, but I don't play guitars, so I couldn't tell you how good they are. But the Tel-Avivacaster is pretty damn hilarious.

One more thing, are there any chicks on this forum? What the fuck guys, come on.

Wait, you mean Fred's moving to Denver?

We're not going to help you score. You have to find them on your own. (Hint: They're the ones with vaginas)

I'm paying rent in both Chicago and Denver, where I live in a house and a 10,000 sq. ft. live / work space, respectively, and enough bars employ me that I'm not too worried about the duck, reindeer, or gravlax blancmange. Thanks, but I've never been homeless. Or a child molester. Also, I love analog.

How many of you can afford to live in two cities? Lusus naturae. Really, do try to get out of the house already. All this presuming to know the first thing about me is making me dizzy.
