Hey man be careful with that. I work as a chef and have been in the hospital multiple times for burns and stiches. I once spilled boiling oil over my hand and burned myself just as you had. Skin falling off, etc. Infection is one problem and the other is you can damage you tendons and if it heals improperly you can lose movement in you fingers due to scar tissue. You need to go see a doctor and get a silver based cream that I believe is perscription only (can't remember the name) When i burned my hand I redressed it every day, cleaned it and also bought vitamin e pills and cracked them open and put the oil along with the cream on my burns. Luckily my hand healed fine and there was no scarring or loss of mobility. It was the most painful experience i ever had (even worse than my abcessed tooth and cutting off my fingertip) and only vicadin and booze got me through the first three days.

Keep it clean + antibiotic ointment + 2-4,000 mg of capsulated vitamin C per 4-6 hours + eat & sleep well.

+ vicodin.
