I'm not bothered myself; just passing on the info. I expect it isn't much use to any American based fans, but you never know.

I appreciate the information. I would like to see this show.

Where's Sydney again?

Um....

The Bats
The Chills
Tall Dwarfs
Alastair Galbraith
JPS Experience

Do you want more?!?!?

i don't need anymore......i was just seeing if you knew what you were talking about, you make some big claims with your very broad brush strokes......

but yes there are alot of good bands from NZ but to say that they are better than australian bands is just an opinion not based on anything more quantifiable than taste.

the bands from NZ these days are bit crap though. Flying Nun has been bought out by sony and alot of the NEWER bands are real disgusting in my opinion
i am a good speller. so there.

bradley,
i don't know if you're just being sarcastic or what, but sydney is on the east coast of australia..........i live just near the sydney cricket ground where the oils are going to be playing.........maybe a two minute walk away.......if you wanna see it bad enough to come from chicago or wherever it is you are you could probably stay at my place.

i'd hate to seem pedantic or anything but Aboriginal is spelt at all times with a capital A. It is the name of a group of about 7,000 different nations that inhabited this fine land before white man and his diseases and greedy ways practically wiped them out.

it's not an issue of grammar. it's an issue of the way the Aboriginal people choose to be represented if they are going to be all lumped in together. it is something that most people in australia don't know let alone the rest of the world.
