Anyone remember a crazy phenomena in the mid-west called "veiners"?

My little brother busted his brain doing veiners. He also huffed shit. I suppose if he only had a few brain cells left he'd try something dumb like sniffing shit to get high.

Sniffing rotten poo-poo and pee-pee to get high is an obvious prank.

And why not just drink the stale beer?
