24Weldon 10 has an opaque cast and therefore best when used where it would be least conspicuous – i.e. – on darker colored Vistalites, or for re-joining unglued seams.
By opaque, they mean WHITE.

No, it's white, white. However, it doesn't look bad. It's on the bottom of the drum and it's inside. I sanded the excess off around the seam and it looks like a seam! Which is fine. I had the drum strapped and clamped together for about 36 hours, unstrapped it and it appears to be holding great.
I'm soaking the hardware in Simple Green as we speak.
I'll try and get some pictures up either today or tomorrow.

27If you were to take a green or even black permanent marker and color the white glue seam, it would make it less noticeable, right?
