ok, so i need to solder 1/4" balanced connectors to these cables i purchased recently. i honestly have no idea which cable gets soldered to which in terms of hot, cold and ground, going to tip, ring, sleeve.
i know which is which on the cable and i think i know which is which on the TRS jack, but i could be wrong on that part. please help. been searching this on the web for a bit with no luck.
and yes, i do realize i have no right to call myself an engineer if i don't know how to do this.

2XLR to 1/4" stereo plug (wired as balanced termination)
