According to Google, he considers underwear to be "the ultimate fascism". I gather he never wears them by choice.

I remember a story about the time Watt had severe diarrhea whilst on tour with the Minutemen. Rather than change his pants over and over he just tied them off at the knee and let them fill with shit.
