Angular =

It's just a word "journalists" use to fill word quotas when writing about bands. It doesn't really mean anything - - just like "post-rock."

Ever heard anyone at band practice say, "that sounded great, but can you make the guitar part more angular?"

i'm not up for giving some ridiculous bloated defn just to have it town apart, but i'd say Stella by Uzeda is an accurate example. and what scott said.

i always thought that "angular" just meant "derivative of the band Wire".

it's probably pointless to try to define it, since the marketing community will give it a stupid new definition anyway..
