I wish I hadn't just spent my money on that VT-22, as cool as it is, because I won't have the funds to preorder one of these for another three weeks or so. Hope there will still be some available at that time.

Once we're up and running in a month or two we plan to keep these in stock and shippable.

one question: how good is this pre-amp for clean sounds? or it's basically a distorted box unit for bass and guitar?

I've gotten clean sounds out of it.. You just keep the gain low and jack the output.

Just ordered one. I'm really eager to try it with my Acoustic power amp/Ampeg 8x10 setup in place of my Sansamp. We'll see what the verdict is after giving it a thorough test, but the Sansamp might be going out the door soon if this thing lives up to the hype.
