I have a 98 ebony les paul standard... I replaced the pickups with EMG 81 & 85's.. I still have the stock pickups... i've been thinking about selling and getting a older SG Jr.

Anyone know what I should sell this for?

In 98 I shopped around and paid $1400. Its still in good shape.. Minor dings, and comes with that brown hard shell Gibson case with the plush pink interior....

Are you rocking a goldtop? FUCK YES. I badly want one with P90s. I find myself lengthening my guitar strap even now in anticipation.

yeah, I had a black 79 lp standard w/ pearly gates...I liked that one a lot, but it ended up flying out of the trailer somewhere along the Dan Ryan and was never recovered (no thanks to some one who didn't lock the trailer who isn't in the band anymore). A couple of days later I was able to use this sob story to get another LP at the House of guitars in rochester for an unreasonably low price. It's newer, it has the burst bucker pro's in it...I like them. P90's are tight too.

Google needs to do a 'reverse search' thing where you can enter a post you made on a bulletin board and it returns posts that say opposite things to yours so it can turn up the inevitable "Holy shit, I found a Les Paul on the side of the road when I was taking a piss" thread on some forum somewhere.
