I like the design quite a bit.

It certainly beats the shit out of that awful, ugly, bullying piece of garbage that Trump is throwing up by the river. Congrats, Donald Trump: you replaced the old Sun-Times building with something worse!

The penthouse is only 40 million dollars, when my lease is up over here I'm gonna look into it...that's well within my price range

Looks good to me. Not Crap.

They're actually going to have large shrubbery landscaping all the way around the base.

You've tapped into the city's and the developer's biggest fear. The developer thinks he will be able to sell the condos to Arab Sheiks and European millionaires who want a home in Chicago. Who knows? I think the guy is going to lose his shirt on the deal. $40 million for a penthouse? Are condos even selling for that in new York?

The design is not crap.
