I can see how 90% of the forum would not find it funny. The thought of saying this to complete strangers and the awkward silence that would surely follow made me laugh.

The majority of my male peers in this town are horribly, horribly homophobic. For me to imply that the idea of two men making love is more appealing to me than the idea of two women making love is a source of extreme discomfort for them.

Their reactions usually consist of disgustedly contorted faces and/or a quick excuse as to why they need to leave the area immediately.
