pretty sure the above is OOP. i went through a PAN SONIC phase back in the late 90's. it was kind of unnerving how cold their music is. i was drawn to it nonetheless; fascinating stuff.
well, this release, which i just learned about today, pairs PAN SONIC with ALAN VEGA, whose vocals are equally unnerving, as usual. the pairing is quite impressive.
