I can relate to this story. There are many times in my life when I think "maybe if I wasn't so attractive, so suave, people would treat me fairly." But then, in a moment of self empowerment I think "no, being beautiful is my stigma: let me bare it proudly. I will not lower myself to their level." And I don't. (lower myself to their level)

Hearing this makes me dread ever having to board an airplane. Maybe I should find a bag to put over my face? I will investigate.
