I just went through a kinda non drinking stage. Just cut it down to one night a week. In four weeks I lost 9kgs, so thats 19.8 pounds.
I am just about to embark on a huge boozy weekend for easter break so no doubt I'll just about be back at square one.

Hey bats. :) How did this work out for you? I'm thinking about doing that cleanser you tried. I'm cutting back to one or two glasses of wine once or twice a week. I need to detox because two or three bottles of beer usually give me a hangover...

...not sure what the deal is, but beer is killing me lately.

This morning for breakfast I looked at what I had in my breakfast cupboard. Between Fruit Loops, Raisen Bran, and Vector, the former was the lowest in carbs and calories. In sugars in was almost dead on... wtf?
