going out this or next week. We ran one unit short and I wanted to get Bob his before their tour.

hold tight.

Well, the final show for the band in which I play bass is April 5th. I'd be nice to get to use it once before the band goes kaput.

the artwork is a little crooked on this one but you can send it back to me for a nicer one when they start flowing...

Awesome.

I mean this in no mean way, but this is a metal box that I'll put on the floor and step on, with my shoes, which have walked on who knows what. It will be on the floors of many dirty stages where people have spilled beer which has gotten sticks and collected dust and dirt. At some point, I may tape it down with gaffer's tape. Perhaps it will get tossed into a bag?

If it sounds good, I don't care if it's black, made with a label maker, or has an original warhol print on it. I just want to rock:)

I got my pedal last friday.

It sounds exactly how it is described.

I've used it as a DI, a preamp, and I've inserted for effect. (heh, heh)

The signal isn't mistreated and the tone can be quite eloquent if you like.

Great job guys. Thank you.

I was bummed it had no serial number.

Wow, thank yiou.

the serial number is inside on the board. it'll be a low number like 5 or 9.

Glad you like it!

Mine made it's bass debut at Saturday night's show.

I thought I was only going to use this on guitar, but I was wrong. Damn, I love this thing. I've dialed in a less "Chicagoy" sound - I'm not looking to sound like Sims or the box's namesake, as much as I love those guys.
I can only describe it's sound as "balls."

Mustang Bass w/ taped flats > Rusty Box > Little Big Muff > EH Tremolo > Guyatone delay (for some weird stuff) > Ampeg V4B w/ 6x10 cab.

I've never been happier with my sound.
