generic, boring, and almost painful to listen to

thing is, i was at work today, and we were listening to the new album, and apparently i'm alone in my opinion.

Noise Addict ruled when I was the same age as those guys.
Ben Lee's first solo record ruled when I was 16.
It was like Liz Phair but for geeky indie rock nerds that were still in high school.
Unfortunately for Ben, puberty hit and he sucked.

Memo to rock magazines: No one gives a shit about Ben Lee no matter how hard you try to make us. I'm sure he's a nice guy and all, but give it a rest.
