Good call.

Strip away all the ink spilled over this record, and the totally half-assed "concept," and what you have is a record dominated by mediocre to downright hateful Paul songs.

There's one masterpiece ("Day in the Life"). "Lucy in the Sky" is great, and...okay, I guess "Within You Without You" is pretty cool. The Beatles made at least 5 records that were better.

My own pick is "A Love Supreme." Totally overrated.

But the rest of it took about twenty years.

It is not out of the question. I'm a feeling man, I love "Won't Get Fooled Again".

Sgt Pepper's, though, I love almost all of it.
