Got any poll numbers to support that claim? I ain't buying it yet :)

Nope. Nothin'.

I hope New Hampshire proves me wrong, but it's inconsequential anyway (probably).

EDIT: Scratch that. I do have some numbers, but they don't exactly prove either of our points.

McCain would beat Hillary 47% to 41% as of March 16th. Obama would edge McCain.

DOUBLE EDIT: Actually, as of March 16th, McCain would beat Obama in New Hampshire 46%-43%. I looked at the wrong poll.

So, there you go. New Hampshire is trending toward McCain.

-Judasing your pastor and your church

-Kissing off six issues of critical importance to the people of America

-Bowing down and licking the boots of Wall St. money, the controlled media and AIPAC.

A couple things I thought up:
Yes, he deflects this. He's the Judas Deflector
Is there a link for the AP headline 'Obama Kisses Off Six Issues'?
also, "licking the boots" seems like an SS metaphor and doesn't mesh with the 'Jew money/media' premise.

The next thing they are preparing to jump on him about is his drug use, they started today....I listen to the right wing talk radio shows just to hear how fucked up these people are, they never let me down day after day.....anyway, they've been playing excerpts from his audio book where he talks about doing coke and smoking weed and there's parts where he swears in it, they keep playing him saying 'motherfucker' over and over, bleeped out of course....old ladies call in and rant and rave about how could we elect a man who uses such filthy langauge?

It's fucking hilarious

Obama is a centrist Democrat and doesn't claim to be anything otherwise - that he poses no threat to Wall St. and Big Finance/bankers is hardly bold criticism. He makes no bones about the fact that he believes in capitalism and speaks in its name. It's patently obvious. This is hardly a criticism for liberals, who by and large believe wholeheartedly in capitalism, as such. They just have a different understanding of it than conservatives. It's thumbs-up-to-capitalism across the spectrum. And capitalism means the order of the day is profit, exploitation, stratification, a permanent arms economy, etc, etc. Anyone past 5th grade knows this.

Obama's compatibility with the banking industry is no less obvious than the fact that Ron Paul is a doddering, racist, capitalist ideologue of the fourth order. The "viable" American political spectrum runs from liberal capitalist (Obama/Democrat) to right-wing capitalist (McCain/Republican), with libertarians like Paul as fringe satellites on the McCain end.

Obama reinvigorates people's faith in the ability of government and the populace to responsibly (rather than corruptly) assert structural influence. Obama wants to make capitalism less brutal and people are understandably enlivened by that. He will of course let them down - but the expectations his campaign mobilizes and uniquely taps into have the potential to alter politics beyond his own highly circumscribed imagination.
