It is mildly disconcerting how many of my dreams involve people from the PRF, an overwhelming majority of whom I have never met.

I am frustrated by Amazon.co.uk's second hand book shipping services.

You end up paying more than if you purchased the books new. Why do I have to pay nearly three pounds for each volume I buy, when the shipper just puts them all in the same envelope. I am sure that Amazon.co.uk isn't evening sending this money to the people I buy books from.

I suspect it is a way to stop them selling books at way lower prices than Amazon.co.uk itself.

Now I can't afford those hip-hop records I wanted.

I'm trying really hard to get fit.
I am doing more exercise and I am gradually changing my eating habits.
I've lost almost 10 Pounds in a month.

I spent a couple of years up at two bills, just recently. Then I nudged it up about 15lbs over that.

I quit eating very much starch or sugar, and I lost 20lbs almost instantly.

Good luck. I recommend going very light on the sugar and starch.

From what I understand, they were very well-prepared and pleasant on a personal level.

I guess Kurt had some fancy amplifier that he used live all the time but had never turned on. He didn't have any idea how it worked. The roadie dudes had always dealt with it.

Yes, the 2nd hand shipping is pretty exorbitant on Amazon.

I take this to mean you have been producing at least runny stool during this time.

I'm not sure what would be worse. 4mos of diarrhea or 4mos of constipation. I'm assuming the latter would be life-threatening and the former would not be, as long you can keep hydrated in the former case.
