4Because it doesn't really make any difference to what you think of a record. I don't understand your paranoia comment, if you like the record then how it was recorded isn't relevant, if you don't like it then it's still not relevant, why would the presence of pro tools in the recording process be a worry to you? You want to remix the album in 20 years time and you're afraid the hard disk it's on might fail?
My guesses would be that 1 was probably analogue, 2 could easily be either, 3 and 4 are almost certainly digital.
I'm not crazy about any of those records so there you go.

5think ya got me wrong.. of course nothing changes to me if these records are done analog or digital i don't give a flying fuck.. but i like their sound and i'd like to know how they where recorded because of curiosity they where randomly chosen and the protools comment was suposed to be funny in a stupid way.. and pardon me but i think 4 is a fucking great record.. the rest of them? just ok
