Everything up to and including Against the Grain is great (although I've never heard the new wave record). Everything after that is not really worth anyone's time. They became yet another band who didn't know when to quit.
No Control is one of the best punk records of all time and will always mean a lot to me. Returning to it as an adult, I am not embarrassed of my teenage tastes.

Not a fan of their last couple albums but "Recipe For Hate" and "Against the Grain" are great albums.

I just saw these guys a couple nights ago and they where really good.

It was great watching Brian Baker smoke inbetween songs. True 'til death.

yknow i used to listen to some of the epitaph records bands... i have since lost interest in most of them. but even back then i never enjoyed bad religion.

is there something i'm missing? a "classic" record that might do the trick? because i have given them a few chances; they have always been one of those bands that i tried to appreciate.

I was in limbo like this a couple of years ago in trying to understand what some people thought was so great about them.

When I bought "Against the Grain", it started to sink in. They aren't one of my favorite bands but they have put out some good records.
