+10, well put.
A few years makes a significant difference on this topic. It's called "growing up".
My more amorous female friends are among the most comfortable, creative and confident people I know. No fucked-up backgrounds, no weirdness. These are not girls getting loaded and trying to blow guys in bar restrooms, those are known as the mentally-ill. Different topic.
These are well-educated working women. Perfectly normal, ambitious folk who are not willing to be burdened with a relationship but not above feeling lonely occasionally.
just. like. you.
The vast majority of gals that were called 'sluts' when I was younger turned out to be among the first to willingly settle down, bear children and maintain and defend their long-term relationships. In that order.
'sup seems to be the only one here with the balls to admit that to be with a 'slut', you gotta be a bit of a 'slut' yourself.
But I guess it's no fun calling yourself names, is it?
