9I would be keen to set this tour up for the band IF the band were interested.
I've done a few tours before, lost a lot of my own money in the process but it was always fun and the bands and everyone involved (besides me) always got paid and had fun.
Shellac, Feel free to pm me if your interested.

they played after they 'broke up' - legend has it this was to avoid some stupid tax law.
A pal of mine, James, who saw it claims Big Black played with a stooges cover band that Mr. Albini threw bottles at.
Shellac toured later, with Fugazi, prior to the release of Action Park. They played an all-ages gig at the Collingwood town hall, which was well attended. I went to this show and it remains one of the best shows I have ever been to. Memorably, my friend Paul conversed with Mr. Albini from the audience about billiard players after Mr. Albini asserted that he expected that no one in the audience knew who the subject of the song was.
I spent much of the show dancing in excited state, especially when Mr. Trainer walked around the drumkit during Wingwalker.
I would welcome a return tour, but by fuck it's along way.
