Thunderdome: Polvo reunion vs. My Bloody Valentine reunion

I hear polvo is having some legal trouble as far as this reunion tour thing goes.
supposedly since they stopped playing many states have passed the 'Polvo law' stating that any band as or more boring than Polvo will be prohibited from performing live in concert.
The Chicago show is not in danger, by the way. The way the law works here is that it's illegal for a band to actually be any more interesting or show more enthusiasm than a pile of rocks on stage. They'll be fine.

i'm lucky enough to have seen both. mbv at a small to midsized theater, and i was in a band that opened for polvo bitd (i am old). mbv: freaking awesome. as great and powerful a live show as some of my all time live favorites (melvins, unwound, nation of ulysses). when we played with polvo i didn't know much about them, but was blown away as well. nice guys to boot.

i think its a decent comparison too. both are experts at doing weird shit to get weird sounds out of guitars, and both pull(ed) it off amazing well live.

i vote mbv to help even it out.
