I think it was released over here in February. I picked up the vinyl/download coupon version in Seattle last weekend.

i bought it at hard boiled in roscoe village a couple weeks ago, presumably they will have reordered it.

Absolutely f-ing brilliant from start to finish. Liked it at first then loved it so admittedly a grower. But I find most great albums are. Don't think it lacks anything from where it's been recorded. Think it's the same guy who recorded "Whoyouknow" off McLusky's "...Do Dallas".
