32mmm....cheese. cheese makes a meal.
In Catalunya there's a cheese called 'the tit' which is shaped like a breast, with a nipple. that is a great cheese, inside its like angel food cake, so light and creamy, the outside is a bit waxy, like nice port salut.
I like manchego and arran cheddar, but just about any cheese will do. not dairylee, nor kraft cheese slices, what do they make those out of anyway? Only ever to be used in grilled cheese sandwiches [in my opinion] so you can't see the grease separate from the solid.

Norway's finest export, Jarlsberg. Similar to "swiss" cheese, but with a much fuller taste IMHO.
