What are peoples favorite new production 12ax7's and el34's. I have come to the conclusion that jj's are the best new el84's. I also bought some groove tubes 12ax7m's the mullard reissues. Stay away. They have some serious quality control issues. Haven't tried the made in russia sovtek reissue mullards except for the el84's. I am not sure they are any better than jj el84's. There price would make you think otherwise. Suggestions anyone?

Ive heard that TAD tubes should be pretty goddamn good, but i havnt tried them.
