In iTunes, click on the Time tab to sort. To take an image of the 4'33" items, hit Apple-Shift-4--that'll give you a crosshair cursor. Click and drag to select the things you want in your image. When you let go of the mouse button, a file named Picture 1.png (or Picture 2, or Picture 3, etc.) will show up on your desktop. Rename and upload that sucker somewhere, and Bob's your uncle.

I think "Silent Filler" by the tape-beatles in mine might qualify.
at one point, early on in my iopd days, when I din't have a lot of music, the six seconds of silence on the track "[silence]", by Blain K. Banquier, on the album Alone in the Unconscious States of Amerigo Vespucci, was the most played song in my collection (17 times), and I had no idea.
Salut! Blain. K Banquier!
