Give me some new breakfast ideas

This morning I had some killer eggs Benedict with chorizo and spicy Hollandaise sauce at Cafe 28. I'll never eat regular EB again.

I make some damned good Swedish pancakes, learned from my grandmother who is from the old country and still alive. To this day she uses this cookbook which has been around for decades and can be easily found in Andersonville:

It has recipes for everything, including about 8 or 10 different variations of pancakes, all from scratch. If you're pressed for time, you can go to Jewel and buy this, which kind of comes close:

If you go with the cookbook, you can also find recipes for pepparkakkor and spritz, ginger and shortbread cookies that the Swedes eat for breakfast or as dessert, dunked in coffee.

Welsh Rarebit:

Grate some cheddar into a bowl. Add an egg and half a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard. Mix it up so that it binds a bit.

Put some sliced bread under the grill - just toast one side. Then turn them over and apply the cheese mix. The mix should be like 1/2" thick on the bread. Shove it under the grill again until the top of the mix goes golden or brown in places.

Minimal effort.
Bouillabaisse Soup ice cubes that are thawed overnight.
Throw it in a pot and toss in 1/2 package of frozen okra bits.
Sprinkle cardamon, parsely, sage, rosemary and thyme.
Grease up a pan with coconut oil and throw on a herb-encrusted chimichurri wild pacific salmon on it.
Place everything on medium heat.
Take 17 minute shower.
Food ready.
Enjoy.
