stewart copeland's work on the rumble fish soundtrack was pretty good.

i always am amused at sting's place between the police, his solo career, and the shitty music that his solo career has inspired. i have a friend who enjoys the police, and one day we were in a duane reade and some sting-esque elevator pop comes on, and my friend was like "psh, is this sting?" then after realizing it wasnt sting he was like "ha! it's even worse than sting"

There's not too much things out there able to annoy as much as Sting's voice. And he's arguably rock's biggest douchebag ever. I can't tell of even one Police song I like. So, c'mon guys, the police shares its audience with U2 and Coldplay. It's awful, truly.

"Secret Journey", from side 2 of Ghost in the Machine, is so not crap. Especially the dropout in the middle w/the synth and drum fill. So great.

"Invisible Sun" has always been my least fav of that album.
