I have a friend who is both German and female (and very cool), and she replaced the toilet in her house with one of those ones with a shelf that allows you to examine your fudge.

I read last week that some Germans are still suffering from post-traumatic stress from the Second World War. Maybe in some way, this is affecting all of German society at large, and shitting on a shelf is just symptomatic of the mental distress they're still dealing with. It's either that or the 1966 world cup.

The Germans are far too disciplined to get diarrhea. Plus with all that rye bread, potatoes and sausages they're far more likely to suffer constipation than "das Scheissebrunnen".
