i know for sure Brainiac played Italy once. just once, in Catania, Sicily.
oh, DrAwkward, tell the who guy runs the site that

A) he's a saint and Gaetano Dimita from Udine, Italia, loves him.

B) Brainiac played in Catania in a club called "Taxi" around '97.

the only witness i know of the only Brainiac show ever in Italy said to me "the singer, he was a beast".

there is an mp3 of "Flypaper" on the site of the saint who runs the "Brainiac history" site.

everyone who wants to know what "genius" means, he better download that mp3.

you know about the Voyager spaceship, right? there is Bach's music on the spaceship. the humans want the extraterrestrials to know what human music is.

the Brainiac, they are the answer of the extraterestrials.

"you got the Bach? well, we got the Brainiac".

the Brainiac, they were geniuses. everyone who thinks different, he just doesn't KNOW.

you know this is the greatest advertisment against hard narcotics ever, right? the hard drugs make you lose important pieces of human (and extraterrestrial) history.
i was about to try the meth, but you bastard Ifihadahifi people, you got me against that.
i love you anyway. when are you coming back to Italia? this Gaetano guy, he loves you.

One of the DVDs has a show I videotaped at Timmy's request. I taped at least two other shows for him.

If I can ever find the masters, I'd be happy to upload.

if that Gaetano guy saw us in Itally, he has remembered more than hard drugs could ever take from him, or me, as far as I remember I have never been to Italy, but I have traveled time though the aid of whisky...

Back on to the subject of Brainiac, and Timmy, who one of the nicest people I ever met, and one of the most manic performers I have ever seen, truely a sight to behold on stage, and the most personal off it.

When I first met him (late 1992 or early 1993, I guess), he was very humble and gracious. I don't think his personality changed much (if at all) as his band became more well-known. Some people were intimidated by his on-stage persona, but he was kind and approachable when not performing.
