Back in the day, the Germs....definitely the Germs. Among my circle of friends, it was well known and almost got a nickname because of it.

Pretty obsessive about Throbbing Gristle also, but I know there are people out there even more obsessive....somewhere? I never did get the 20 or 30 cassette case of their live performances, even though I really really wanted it...no cash at the time. I did want to purchase it when Mute re-issued it on cd, but I missed out.

I was never so obsessive about any band though that I felt the need to contact them, or collect every bootleg.

Stephin Merritt. I still don't haven't bought everything but that's only 'cos of lack of money and buyin imports in Argentina is damn expensive. Anyways, I always try to make it to buy something and I have some interesting things already.

When I was more of a dumb-ass than I am now - this would be when I was 12 and 13 - I had a case of obsessive fandom with the band...311. Please don't ban me from these boards, I promise I've vastly changed since that young age. I suppose it's all part of having a commercialized childhood, or something...I don't know what I'm talking about. It feels good to get that off my chest though. I haven't really OFed with music since then.
