Anyone besides me tried one. I have never been more unhappy with a product in my life. It actually made my guitar sound worse and tune worse. Open notes have a plasticy sound. Cowboy and barre chords warble more. I don't understand the people that like these. Could somebody that likes these please explain why or how. I have a strobe tuner so intonation and tuning are perfect. Yet almost everything I play sounds more warbly and out of tune than with the standard nut. If you were thinking of buying one don't.

I had never heard of those but now that I have seen the website I call wanker bullshit on that shit. Did you have to widen the slot on your fret board to fit that thing in?

No, I did not file the fretboard. At least I was that cautious. I got the drop in gibson replacement kind. I just heard from a guy that said another guy swore by them. Just another stupid life lesson learned. Unless you have seen the product in action or have used it. Don't buy it. Unless you absolutely trust the person you are getting advice from.

But the guitarists of Evanescence and Our Lady Peace use them. They have to be good!

Guitars are supposed to be a little out of tune at all times. If they aren't you move your neck a lot while you play and make cum face when you play solos.
