Vincent bought a guitar from me, I complained about the way he treated me and he apologized and I'm fine with the situation now. The other stuff does not concern me and I'm not going to be a part of it. Selling a Veleno, Veleno has been sold.

you don't think there is a general debate here that is philosophical in nature and has value beyond your transaction w/ Vincent? I do....

Define what's "philosophical" about it

Today Gallo goes back to a mansion full of Beans, Velinos, and hollywood girlfriends. Kicks back after staring in Francis Ford Coppala's next picture and begins working on his next move. He checks the balance on his bank account six of the digits before the decimal point are zeros then he spends a few minutes contenplateing what his next aquisition will be.

What are you doing today.

Gallo wins.

I don't think anyone is putting down the fact that he has money. That's your little straw guy there. Guy was a dooche. But I think many here would agree with me that there are more worthwhile things to envy. And significantly better projects to do with that money. And way better furniture to buy than the shit in that lovely house.

x.

if you read the thread and can't discern grander philosophical issues present that extend beyond this particular situation, I don't know what to tell you....I could list at least 50.....

FYP. And I'm sick of this "dogpiling" argument that people use just to get into fights on this board. It is stupid and incendiary and shows an obsession with getting under people's skin. It's obvious anyone who isn't a gung-ho "American Capitalist" is going to be labeled a sheep by you, but i can't think of many people on this board who have fallen back on others in regards to their own opinions. tommydski's posts a page back demonstrate this clearly.

So, uh, quit referring to us as "you guys," 'cause you're here too, whether or not it's just to start trouble.

Also, getting into an argument over a wealth isn't philosophical in the slightest - and that's what you mean by this, right? Trying to construe some sort of political debate over anything that has happened in this thread is not only a stretch, it's silly.
