Codeine, This Heat, Big Black, Gastr Del Sol, Ida, Bailter Space, June of 44, Karate, Iceburn, Geezer Lake...
I'm limiting this to bands with at least 2+ albums.

Silkworm are the only band I can think of that managed 100% fucking A status on every LP.

I dig 'em, but do they have a "Perfect Track Record"? No way.

Really? Even after that last one?

As far as Melvins: I think every record is at least 51% good. I'm not clear on Ace's criteria. If every record has to have all A songs, then the Melvins don't make it.
I think the album 'Prick' and a few of the cruddier joke singles could count as having not even one good song... so as much as I am a Melvins fan, there are at least a few purchases of their material where I pretty much felt truly ripped-off at the time. Just sayin'...
Ditto on US Maple for sure (even if 'Talker' is a bit on the borderline for me...)

Sigh. Brutal honesty moment: How often do I *really* whip out 'Little Miss Carriage!' or 'Que Sirhan Sirhan' for a listen...? (not that often, I am afraid... well maybe it is time to revisit them...)

51% just won't cut it - it isn't like things are either "good" or "bad" at the 50% mark! I'd say you should at least try to aim for 75-80% at least, if not higher.
Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
