Sorry, I can't reverse-google this sort of thing... what is the psychological disorder where a person feels like they have a limb they shouldn't have and try desperately to remove it? Sort of the opposite of ghost limbs.

I think it falls under the wider term of body dysmorphic disorder

This is desire to have a disabled identity in which sufferers with healthy limbs request one or two limb amputations. Some individuals are driven to DIY amputation such as putting their limb on a railway line. Very little is known about this bizarre and rare condition.

10I remember watching a documentary on this a few years ago. They interviewed an old man that shot his leg off with a shotgun because he always wanted to be an amputee.
