Couldn't make a bad disc if they tried. In fact, if they really did try and make a bad record, it would still come out great. That's how crap-free they are.

I remember being 15 and picking up a used copy of Chocolate Synthesizer and just being blown away by it. Granted, I was confused as hell as to how this was on a major label but man was it good. Got to see them do an hour long set comprised of one tune in 99. Awesomely NOT CRAP!

Not crap. Possibly the best live act I ever saw. Relentless.

They're doing a very small tour in May. I know they're playing in NYC and QuFROGeFROGbFROGec.

great band, until they started putting out hippie jam records, at which point i started liking yoshimi's ooioo better than the boredoms.

Not Crap. I've got like 7 CDs by these guys. Love 'em. Saw them at Metro years ago and they were great.

Totally enjoyable live. Their tour comes to chicago as well in May.

The last time I saw them, I was standing next to this guy in striped stockings and a skirt (with his BORE tshirt). Doude had dreads/braids with chicken bones tied in his hair and he "knew all the words" to the boredom's stuff. he was pumping his fist and shrieking along in perfect time for a good majority of the set. excellent. the freaks do come out at night.
