Good Luck.

All of the Eminence guitar speakers I've looked at have an Fs between 70-80Hz. Look into either Webers or Scumbacks that have an Fs of 55Hz. --the ceramic magnet, or Alnico Magnet is your choice.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have had more suggestions for Eminence than any other.

I've gotten very used to a fuller range speaker, my Park combo has a Mackenzie speaker in it, and I really like it. If anyone knows where to find one of these, no markings, red frame, let me know.

I'll probably try the Eminence or Weber, seeing what I can spend first.

These will occaisionally show up on eBay, though the last one that I saw a few months ago had a BIN of like $240.00

that's why I suggested their American Original Line... But look again at the Commonwealth (EV 12L copy) and the Black Powder and Screamin' Eagle. They have pretty wide range compared to the others.

Yeah man, you spent the time restoring an awesome amp, don't cheap out on the speaker. For less than $200 you can get pretty much any Weber speaker you want. Most of the come in under $150. They are awesome. I suggest an Alnico model. You'll have forgotten all about the extra 50 bux you spent by the time the speaker breaks in.
