Saw it. Loved it. Everyone in the PRF needs to see it.
Pretty scathing movie, actually. I anticipate many right-wing columnists denouncing it as propaganda.

2NOT CRAP
went with my girlfriend and her family last night. thought it was great. i thought that putting live action humans into a CG movie was pretty bold. all of the scenes of the future destroyed earth looked really, really nice.
ps the sound design for all the robot noises was awesome.

5I cannot WAIT to see Wall-E. I'm sure I'll think the political message is important, but that robot is too cute and that's what i'll be paying attention to.
Actually, I'm sort of like the person in this Onion article, come to think of it...

7I made it throught the first half-hour (Eve discovers the sprout) and my little boy had had enough, so we had to leave. Really liked what I had seen, though.

8WALL-E is one of the best movies I've seen all year.
Wonderful story, great animation and very touching.
Plus it's a furious indictment of consumer culture and the waste it generates.
Go see this movie, go see it now!

10I can't wait to see this.
It's strange that you would mention the politial/socioeconomical message, all of the critic's reviews I've read said that the movie was pretty much apolitical and light on that kind of thing.
