The show the next day at Wicker Park Festival is a $5 suggested donation for the whole day. I'm guessing your "can't afford it" is more about lodging for one night?

yeah....even tho there's 4 of us....3 of us have kids to worry about the following night when we'd get back home......which that's all right, cuz we are looking into going to the NYC show in september...but we're gonna take 7 or 8 in a van

crossing my fingers that they'll hit germany (or somewhere close) one of these days.
