Our of curiosity, does your possible out of town job have anything to do with touring with a band?

Yes, but it's a healthy guarantee. I don't want to do these paid tours for someone's band things anymore. She knows that. I've never cheated at home or tour and she knows that also. The craziness is not about this either.
The main crux of our arguments have to do with her job. She works for a small company, like really small, two guys. It's real estate/events planning/whatever...it doesn't matter what the job is. It's a small business so she works like crazy. I help out in the evenings and weekends (just running things to fed ex, printers, data entry, etc.) but she still works 90 hrs a week when she isn't out of town. She basically isn't compensated fairly. Her average salary is would be fine for a 40-45 hr week but it's worth about half. There is no sign of anything slowing down. Instead of confronting them and getting paid what she is worth she would rather just say 'fuck it' and quit a job that she actually enjoys.
There it is. The frustrating part is me watching her getting stepped on and instead of standing up for herself, she'd rather just quit and find another job. It just seems like it would be worth trying but she would rather avoid any and all confrontation (or even discussion) with them while still bending over backwards.
I don't understand it. I think it's crazy and it's a behavior pattern I have seen in women in past relationships.
