Jesus, 'grotesque' doesn't seem strong enough... Especially for the back cover, when the coroner is not holding things together... just brutal!

Big Black logo is Japanese "dai," meaning "big." Don't know about the Shellac one.

In katakana.

I used to see this as a smiley face type graphic but with a grim face instead of a smiley one. Then a Japanese friend told me it meant "big".

He also told me the characters on the back of my Zeni Geva t shirt meant "Samurai-Core". I bring that up because it's just awesome.
