26Maybe check the carb intake to make sure it isn't blocked or ruptured. Try some carb cleaner in the carb intake. Also, could be the timing is off, in which case you'll need the shop manual.

27Did you pull the plug and see if it's wet? Maybe your carb float needle is sticking and flooding the engine.
